Making an appointment

Making an appointment online

It is possible to make an appointment online via mijnFlevoziekenhuis. This is the patient portal set up by the Flevoziekenhuis. You will need your DigiD to log into this portal.

Right now it is possible to make appointments with the following departments: cardiology, dermatology, diabetes center, dietetics, throat, nose and ear surgery (ENT), stomach, intestinal and liver diseases (MDL), oral diseases, dental and facial surgery (MKA), neurology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, rheumatology and urology.

Changing an appointment

You can change your appointment over the phone by contacting the department with which you have an appointment. The department phone number can be found on the list with contact details.

Cancelling an appointment

Cancelling an appointment online

You can log into mijnFlevoziekenhuis to cancel your appointment online. Please do this at least 48 hours before the actual appointment.

Cancelling an appointment over the phone

You can cancel your appointment over the phone by contacting the department with which you have an appointment. The department phone number can be found on the list with contact details. Please do this at least 24 hours before the actual appointment.
